To send us large files, we recommand you to transfert it by FTP. File Transfer Protocol is a standard network protocol used to exchange and manipulate files over a TCP/IP based network, such as the Internet

Follow these steps:

1. You need an FTP client such as FTP Explorer that allows you to transfer files to and from FTP servers easily. You can download it for free here.

2. Execute FTP Explorer and start a new connection. Fill in the following fields with the informations we provided to you

• Host adress: **.***.***.***
• Port: *****
• Login: ********
• Password: *******

Communicate with us by email for any question.

3. Then click on Connect. You have now access to our FTP server.

4. Transferring server files to and from your computer is just as easy as copying files around on your hard drive. You have to click and drag the files with your mouse.
